Situation: Trademarks and other signs are crucial for marketing and demarcation of competitors in todays diverse and highly competitive markets. To effectively protect words, pictures, shapes, sounds, 3D shapes, scents or other signs you use for labeling your goods and services against imitators and competitors, a trademark can be registered. A registered trademark grants it's owner an excluxive right for it's use. The protection is always related to classes of certain goods and services. Registrations can either be nationally for the respective countries or EU-wide, and if necessary later extended to other countries.

We give you legal advice reagarding any questions regarding trademark registration. We also provide opinions for foreign trademark holders or foreign attorneys, who want to register a German trademark. We prepare and file trademark applications for German trademarks at the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), Community trade marks at the EU Office for Harmonization in the European single market in Alicante (OHIM) and international trademakrs for other countries at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (WIPO).

Benefits:
We prepare applications for you, taking into account the current German and European legal situation and check trademarks in advance of possible legal estoppels regarding a registration. We also work out an individual goods and services directory for the application. In addition, we take care of any complaint from the trade mark registration offices before registration and handle the correspondence with the offices. Of course, we provide any additional advise for you in this context.

The cost of our trademark application service, we offer at a fixed rate. On request, we send you our current price list for our various application services without obligation. In addition to our fees, theree are also processing fees of the trademark offices, which you can also find in our price list or directly at the trademark offices.
